Abstract. In this paper, an amensalism system with density dependent birth rate is proposed and studied The system admits four nonnegative equilibria. We show that all of the four equilibria are globally attractive under some suitable assumption. The birth rate of species plays an important role on the dynamic behaviors of the system.
