Abstract. The purpose of this paper is to propose an iterative algorithm to solve a solution problem which consists of split equilibrium problems and fixed-point problems of quasi-$laex \phi$-nonexpansive mappings. It is proved that the sequence generated by our proposed iterative algorithm converges strongly to a common solution of the split equilibrium problems and fixed point problems in Banach spaces. As an application, a split optimization problem is investigated.
