Abstract. The dynamical behaviors of a non-autonomous two species Lotka-Volterra cooperative system with crowley-martin functional response are studied via the comparison method and the construction of Lyapunov functions. First, the permanence and the existence of positive periodic solutions are discussed. Second, the global attractivity of the system is investigated. Finally, the theoretical results are confirmed by a special example and the numerical simulations.
